3. Clients must verify and approve any design, plan, or estimate before proceeding with third-party contractors.

3. Service Agreement

1. By engaging our services, clients agree to provide accurate project details for estimations and consultations.
2. Any modifications to agreed-upon designs or consultations may result in additional charges.
3. Gharworks is not responsible for delays or changes caused by third-party vendors, contractors, or suppliers.

4. Payment Terms

1. Fees for consultations and design services must be paid as per the agreed schedule.
2. Any advance payments made for services are non-refundable, except in cases of service non-delivery.
3. Gharworks reserves the right to cancel services if payments are not received on time.

5. Intellectual Property

1. All designs, plans, and estimates provided by Gharworks remain our intellectual property unless transferred through a written agreement.
2. Clients may not copy, distribute, or reproduce our designs without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

1. Gharworks provides advisory services and is not liable for execution-related issues, construction defects, or cost overruns.
2. We do not guarantee regulatory approvals for construction projects; clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permits.
3. Gharworks, is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

7. User Responsibilities

1. Clients must provide accurate and complete project information.
2. Any false information may lead to inaccurate estimations, for which Gharworks is not responsible.
3. Clients must comply with all local building regulations and laws.

8. Cancellations & Refund Policy

1. Consultation fees are non-refundable once a session has been scheduled and completed.
2. Refunds for design services may be considered only if work has not yet commenced.
3. Gharworks reserves the right to cancel services in case of misconduct, non-payment, or fraudulent activity.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

1. Gharworks values client privacy and ensures that personal and project details are kept confidential.
2. We do not sell or share client data with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
3. Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials if provided access to any online tools or services.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
2. In case of disputes, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mediation.
3. If mediation fails, disputes will be settled in the courts of Delhi, India.
